CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DISTANCE CONTRACTS
For distance contracts, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer, obtains physical possession of the goods. For service contracts and certain digital content contracts, the period generally begins on the date the contract is concluded.
The consumer must inform the Provider of the decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement, which may be sent to:
jure.jbb999@gmail.com
Where goods have already been received, they must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the Provider has been informed of the withdrawal.
The consumer generally bears the direct cost of returning the goods where they have been appropriately informed of this obligation.
The Provider will refund payments received in accordance with applicable law, generally no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. In the case of goods, the Provider may, where permitted by law, withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the consumer has supplied appropriate evidence that the goods have been sent back.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain fully applicable.
DIGITAL CONTENT AND SERVICES
Digital content and services are subject to the rights and obligations provided by applicable law and any specific terms applicable to the relevant product or service.
Where a customer requests that the supply of paid digital content begin before the withdrawal period expires, the customer may be required to give prior express consent and acknowledge that, once performance begins under the conditions prescribed by law, the right of withdrawal may be lost.
