ABOUT ME
I don't believe in borrowed answers. I have spent much of my life moving between two worlds that are often treated as separate. One is the practical world of entrepreneurship. Over the years, I have built businesses, worked closely with entrepreneurs and family businesses, and supported more than 200 people through individual mentoring and coaching. Along the way, I learned about decisions, risks, relationships and what responsibility looks like when choices have real consequences.
But business has never been the whole story. The other is the inner world — the questions behind our choices, beliefs, relationships and the way we understand ourselves. My search has taken me through personal development, philosophy, psychology, spirituality, consciousness and different traditions and perspectives on what it means to be Human.
Books and accumulated knowledge gave me a foundation, but eventually I realized that understanding an idea and actually living it are two very different things. So the search gradually moved beyond theory.
I travelled the world, encountered different cultures and ways of understanding life, and gained perspectives that challenged many of my own assumptions. Some ideas stayed with me. Others did not. What mattered increasingly was not where an idea came from, but whether it could withstand the reality of lived experience. Gradually, I learned to distinguish between what sounds meaningful and what I can actually integrate into my own life.
